We are sad to see Envel close their doors. We know how disruptive this is for you as a user. Qube charges a monthly account fee because doing so creates a sustainable business model, so we don't have to sell out to another company like One and Simple have done, or close our doors like Envel and Gazelle. The math behind digital banks that only make money from transaction fees doesn't work.
